The sender is responsible for expediting any shipping damage claims placed against the carrier. Returned materials must be packed properly to avoid damage during transport rendering the warranty null and void. The RGA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the box and the unit shipped prepaid. All returns MUST have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number that can be obtained by contacting the Milwaukee Customer Service Department. Warranty service, replacement, recalibration and repairs are provided at Milwaukee's Instruments North Carolina Technical Service Center. Warranty is valid only when the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with the operating limitations and prescribed maintenance procedures. The warranty period commences from the original date of sale to the end-user or a maximum of 12 months from date of dealers' purchase.

Replaceable probes are warranted for a period of 6 months. Milwaukee Instruments handheld testers, portable meters and stationary monitors-controllers are warranted for a period of 2 years bench meters for 3 years.

If an item has been ordered in error and has not been opened or used, management may exercise its discretion in accepting the return. The warranty becomes void if the product has been abused, misused, or repairs attempted by unauthorized persons.Īll purchases are final.

Warranted products may be returned for repair or replacement only, at the discretion of Milwaukee Instruments.
